The Maple Grille Restaurant & Microbrewery
Stopping at The Maple Grille was such a delight. As much as I wanted to get here for their beer, I can honestly say I was just as excited for the food.
Since I starting following them online I’ve been paying close attention to their daily menu updates. Each post looking and sounding more delicious than the day before. I purposely skipped breakfast this morning. Knowing I wanted to save as much room as possible for an 11am lunch.
Ugh, what to have, what to have?!? Wood Fire Pizza? BBQ Sandwich? Grilled Lake Trout? So many options…. Decided on the Pork Tacos. And damn, they hit the spot. Served with a small side of potato salad and grilled eggplant. 🤤🤤🤤 Washed down with the Little Tony IPA & the Krazy Kow Kolsch. It was already blazing hot out on the patio. So two lite and crisp beers really worked well.
The bar/patio is surrounded by their garden. Many of the ingredients you’re enjoying were picked fresh that day. A great atmosphere for sipping beer.
Make sure you do check out the décor inside. Feels like you’ve stepped into a time machine. Vintage furniture and appliances greet you when you walk in.
It’s unique breweries like this one that makes me so excited to get to my next new stop! My first visit here, but definitely not my last.
