Stopped here directly after leaving Boathouse Beer Co. Creating my own little Huron Coast brew tour. A short 40 minute drive up US-23. Great views of Lake Huron along the way and a true up north Michigan feel.

My belly was full of great food so chose not to eat here. The food menu looked and sounded delicious though! I did sample 4 of their beers. This may have been my first “Steam” beer?? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Known as a California Common, it was clean, crisp, with a light malty finish. Love trying new styles of beer. Just another reason why getting out to so many of our breweries makes me happy.

It was blazing 90 degrees out so I decided to stick with mostly lighter, refreshing beers. The Kolsch, Hoperator, and Strawberry Blonde all did the trick. I enjoyed each of the beers, but their Strawberry Blonde was the most flavorful.

Driving up and down the Huron Coast provides for a great brew tour. When are you going?
