Arctic Circle Brewing Co.

My buddy Tim and I were very happy to finally be able to 🛑 at Arctic Circle BC.

Michigan stop #416 for me. These guys have something great on there hands! Delicious beers and an awesome community supporting them. Not an open seat to be found when we walked in. Chesterfield’s first brewery.

We did a decent job of getting through most of the menu.

My pours were…

1) Drake’s Tears Pale Wheat 6.5%

2) HyPEAR Active Pale Ale 5%

3) 🥭 For Jasmine NEIPA 6.5%

4) Green Eyes Bandit Blonde Ale 5.1%

5) Sour Cakes 8%, a fruited sour made with 🍓, 🫐, and 🍁 syrup!! Which gave it a great finish. Starts out tart and finishes sweet!! My favorite of the evening.

Tim started with the Juneteenth Imperial Stout 9.1%. Followed by pours of All Thiller N🚫 Filler NEIPA 7.5% & Drake’s Tears.

His favorite was the stout. Made with molasses, cocoa nibs, and coffee… how could it not me?!?! Tim described it as “Cold flavored stout, with perfect consistency. Subtle hint of coffee, but packs a powerful punch of bitter cacao nibs that almost gives it a very slight hint of spice. Well balanced and easy drinking.”

Great beers and wonderful staff! A highly recommended brewery on your next Macomb County brew tour
